1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial pack so that you can experience our platform before subscribing. Once a paid subscription is purchased after the trial, the subscription fee is non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will apply to upcoming renewals. You will continue to have access to the content until the end of your current subscription period.

3. No Refunds

Subscription fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds are not provided for partial months, unused content, or downgrades.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited situations:

• Duplicate or accidental payments;
• Technical issues resulting in failure of service delivery;
• Any other case as required under applicable Indian laws.
